Forest Hills combines large co-op and apartment buildings along Queens Boulevard, detached and semi-detached houses on its quieter streets and a busy shopping strip on Austin Street. It was the third most populous neighborhood area in Queens in the 2020 Census. Easyfix Concrete NY repairs sidewalks, walkways and driveways for co-op boards, homeowners and store owners here.
Apartment frontages here are long and heavily used, while house blocks have mature street trees, front walks and driveways. We phase apartment work to keep entrances open, work around trees under a Parks permit and pour aprons at the 7 inch DOT standard.

Forest Hills FAQs
Our co-op has a long frontage on Queens Boulevard. Can it be done in stages?
Yes. We phase long frontages so part of the sidewalk and the building entrance stay open, and give the board one written scope.
Can you repair my front walk and driveway along with the sidewalk?
Yes. Front walks, steps and driveways can be done in the same visit. Driveway aprons are poured at 7 inches, the DOT standard.
Will you cut the tree roots under my sidewalk?
No. City tree roots cannot be cut. We get a Parks Tree Work Permit and form the new sidewalk around them.
