From Riverdale to Throgs Neck, Easyfix Concrete NY repairs and replaces sidewalks, driveways and concrete for Bronx homeowners, landlords and businesses. We are minutes from the Bronx and handle DOT violation removal, sidewalk installation and concrete repair with our own crew.
Bronx frontages often mean tree-root heave and driveway aprons. We work around street trees under a Parks Tree Work Permit and pour aprons at the 7-inch NYC DOT standard so they last.

Working in The Bronx
- Tree-root heave is common on Bronx blocks; we handle the Parks Tree Work Permit, and 1 to 3 family owners may qualify for the City’s Trees and Sidewalks program.
- One- and two-family homes with driveways get aprons and curb cuts built to the DOT detail.
- Multifamily owners can bundle several frontages into one scheduled pour.
The Bronx Customers Say
From the first call to project completion, Easyfix Concrete NY was professional and responsive. They repaired cracked concrete and improved drainage near the sidewalk. Everything passed inspection without issues. I would use them again for any concrete work in NYC.
The Bronx FAQs
Do you serve the whole Bronx?
Yes. Riverdale, Kingsbridge, Fordham, Pelham Bay, Throgs Neck, Morris Park, the South Bronx and everywhere in between.
Can you fix a driveway apron that was cited by DOT?
Yes. Aprons sit in the public right-of-way and are covered by the same violation process. We repair the apron to the 7-inch standard and request the dismissal inspection.
Will you deal with the tree roots?
We get the Parks Tree Work Permit and form the new sidewalk around the roots, since the City no longer allows cutting the roots of City trees. If you own a 1 to 3 family home, check the City’s Trees and Sidewalks program first.
